“When we breathe in consciously, what we are doing is connecting the life force that sustains all life, without which we are dead. The air we breathe in contains oxygen Which nourishes the physical body, and it is within the properties of the air that the life force lies. When our life force is low, our energy is low and the immune system doesn’t work to its full capacity and eventually the body becomes dis-eased unless our life force is improved.” Arram Kong , Jump start the healer in you part 2
”The KEY to healthy living is being connected to (CB), which is our direct link to the universal energy. Universal Energy is unconditional love and it comes from the source.” Arram Kong , Jump start the healer in you part 2
